That is coming to Safari in Mountain Lion. I assume that this is probably Google's fault rather than Apples, but I'd like to see evidence that *someone* is working on it. It works great on my two Macs with 10.6, so it's reasonable to think that almost a year they could have gotten it to work with 10.7. ![]() ![]() The bottom line is that I'm used to it and I like using it and it's nominally supported for OSX, so I'd like to see it working. I like the fact that Chrome will automatically detect and translate pages in foreign languages. Now that I'm used to it, when I use Safari, I'm always forgettting and typing search strings in the address bar and getting errors.Ģ. I really like the integrated address and search bar. There are also a couple of Chrome features I really like:ġ. Firefox would be another option, but they went through a period when it it was *fantastically* slow, which put me off forever. ![]() Chrome is by far the most efficient browser on slow PCs, while Safari kind of drags. I primarily like Chrome because I often have to work with (underpowered) PCs at work and I like using the same browser everywhere I go.
